As Business Implementation Project Manager, I led a transformation programme across the organisation's packaging sites, implementing a new ERP system and optimising associated processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

Comparethemarket, part of the BGL Group, is the UK’s leading price comparison website. As IT Project Manager in the Legal and Compliance team, I led key projects and programmes, including regulator-mandated business changes and GDPR implementation, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

As an aircraft mechanical engineer in the RAF, I maintained Hercules C130 and Typhoon aircraft including during operations Telic, Herrick and Shader. In my final years, I transitioned to a project management role, leading workstreams for the successful launch of a new maintenance system.
