IBM WatsonX - eCommerce ChatBot

Following the completion of one of my IBM AI Certifications, I developed a customer service chatbot named "Rosey" for a fictional flower shop using IBM Watson's conversational AI platform. The project focused on utilising the traditional approach of defining intents, entities, and dialog nodes to manage conversations. I meticulously set up Rosey’s ability to handle a number of customer service inquiries by designing intents to capture user goals, entities to extract specific data, and dialog nodes to orchestrate responses.

Additionally, I implemented digression rules to allow users flexibility in changing topics mid-conversation while maintaining context for a smooth experience. The project served as an in-depth exploration of conversational design, logic flows, and error handling within a chatbot framework.

As IBM Watson has since moved towards a more modern, prompt-based training and development model, this project highlights my ability to adapt to both traditional and evolving AI methodologies.
