Amazon & Flipkart - Product Launch

In my role to enhance Apple's presence in India, I focused on boosting AppleCare visibility through strategic partnerships with Amazon and Flipkart. By coordinating internal and external stakeholders and maintaining strong programme governance, we implemented key User Experience improvements.

These efforts led to a significant increase in AppleCare’s performance on these platforms, achieving a 500% rise in attach rates.
