Vodafone - Bring Your Own Device

In 2023, we launched Vodafone’s ‘Bring Your Own Device’ initiative, enabling customers to enrol devices up to 37 months old in insurance coverage. This provided an additional opportunity for those who hadn’t purchased insurance at the point of sale.

The project involved new contractual arrangements, technical integrations, system setups, and marketing development. One key challenge was coordinating technical integration with the partner. After a soft launch to gather feedback, we expanded marketing efforts, leading to increased enrolments. Effective collaboration and adaptability ensured the initiative’s success, meeting Vodafone customer needs.
